• If you want to use the website, you must be 18 years or older or under the supervision of parents or siblings.  
• The use of the website is for commercial purposes only.
• Any breach of these terms and conditions will lead to revocation of the order and other possible penalties.
• If customers receive the wrong product, we will exchange the product.
• In the event of any unlawful behaviour, we may terminate your order or registration with us without warning.
• A valid claim will be eligible for a replacement.
• Customers cannot opt for payment return.
• Pakistani laws shall be applied to any claims made about website information or our products. 
• All users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistan courts and can waive any objections.

• Don’t connect a 110V appliance to a 220V outlet because it can damage the product. If you do, we won’t accept returns or refunds.
• Within three days after delivery, if the customer does not tell us about any issue (damaged, defective, malfunctioning, incorrect products, etc.). We will not accept any excuse. 
• If a customer receives a damaged product during shipment, they can return it to the courier. And we will handle any refunds within two to three days.
